Rex Starflounce

"Ahem...Rex was the natural choice to command the Rhino 5. His quick wit, dashing charm and strategic mind are all the tools he needs to see his crew through peril and adversity. A brilliant leader, a role model a hero...Excellent. Whoopsie, no, wait...don't write that last bit down, Ron."
Stitch
Command
Nobody knows where Stitch came from, or what she is, but she keeps patching up the Rhino 5 crew, so they're happy to have her around. Whilst her knowledge of the human anatomy (and any human languages) leaves a lot to be desired, she has...other...somewhat unearthly methods that seem to miraculously mend bones and heal wounds, sometimes at great physical cost to herself. Some of the crew think she has magical powers, or that she is psychic, but, as she'd tell you in her own unique way, "Stitch being nobody's sidekick".
Ice
Pilot
Ice likes a drink, it can't be denied. But what he likes most is throwing the Rhino around in crazy, bone-shaking manoeuvres. Nobody is in for a comfortable ride with Ice at the helm, but it'll be a safe one and a fun one, too.
Dodge Rockskipper
Pilot
The pilot is the first line of defense against incoming threats - and Dodge Rockskipper is as solid as they come. With her icy calm exterior and level head she makes sure that when the Rhino does get hit, it gets hit by the right rocks.
The 2nd line of defense against those rocks is having a strong shield. Ron is at his happiest when using his gauntlets to harness energy into shields for the Rhino - in fact it's pretty much the only thing that makes him happy.

Maatla Alasa
Shield Specialist
Maatla brings style and elegance to the shield specialist profession. With her upgraded, slimline shield gauntlets she effortlessly controls and manipulates the flow of shield energy aboard the Rhino. Nobody ever says how good she is, because it's just an accepted fact. She's so good, that even Rex knows her name.
4-L0rN
Engineer
"Forlorn" was a simple maintenance bot, until it took a rock fragment to the head. Now it has become a relentless machine...that thinks nothing but happy thoughts and about its love for its pal, Ron Guard. But, with its mood management module damaged, it can only converse through joyful, optimistic shouting and angry-looking, highly physical gestures.
Amber Drake
Engineer
A bright and friendly young engineer with an almost uncanny knack for fixing problems aboard the Rhino 5. Although, one tiny thing to mention would be that she has been known to be the cause of a number of those problems in the first place...
Amber has a decidedly unhealthy fascination with fire - often becoming mesmerised by flames and, perhaps unwittingly, allowing fires to start or spread where they wouldn't have otherwise.
On the other hand, sometimes the mere presence of a raging inferno galvanises her into action faster than anyone else and, almost as though she has become energised by the flames she leaps into action, resolving crisis after crisis and, perhaps against the odds, keeping the Rhino safe.
Hyung-Joon
Mechanic
Hyung-joon is an obsessive tinkerer and borderline genius roboticist. One day, on his lunch-break he snatched a small canteen helper bot from the air as it came to clear away his plate. After some excited, speedy tinkering, he completely re-purposed it in such a way that it could now draw energy from any nearby electrical object and divert it directly into the reserve power for the ship's shields. This remarkable feat was greeted with a collective, "Oh...", by his friends, who are frankly used to these everyday Hyung-joon miracles.
Hyung-joon's greatest wish is to be let loose on 4-L0rN, as he has numerous upgrades and improvements in mind. The almost hungry looks he gives 4-L0rN make the robot quite nervous and it tends to avoid the mechanic whenever possible.
